Data protection

The Boxing Club de Meyrin processes personal data collected on this website in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is the Boxing Club de Meyrin — contact details in the impressum above.

Data we collect

Personal data is only collected when you fill in one of our forms:

• Waiting list: name, email, phone (optional), the class you are interested in and an optional message.
• Corporate enquiry: company, team size, name, email, phone, and the details of your request (objective, format, frequency, period, location, budget, message).

Simply browsing the site does not involve any data collection by the club; our hosting provider does, however, process technical data (IP address, server logs) required to deliver and secure the site.

Purposes and legal basis

We use this data solely to process your waiting-list registration and contact you when enrolment opens, or to respond to your corporate enquiry. Processing is based on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps you take by contacting us. Your data is never used for advertising and never sold.

Retention

Waiting-list data is kept until your registration has been processed, then deleted no later than 12 months after collection. Corporate enquiries are kept for the duration of the follow-up, then deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. You can request deletion at any time.

Recipients and data hosting

The forms on this site are processed by Netlify Forms: submitted data is stored on our behalf by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), under the safeguards applicable to international data transfers. It is not shared with any other third party. Only authorised club members have access to it.

Cookies

This site runs without tracking cookies or audience-measurement tools. Should analytics tools be enabled in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent requested first.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent by writing to the contact address given in the impressum. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
